Terms of Service

1. License Grant

By purchasing the REPORTED product line (the “Software”), you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal or business use. Ownership of the Software remains solely with the developer. This license does not confer ownership or any rights beyond what is expressly granted.

2. Usage Obligations

Users must use the Software lawfully and responsibly. Any misuse, illegal, or unethical use is strictly prohibited. The developer retains full discretion to determine what constitutes misuse. Violations may result in immediate and permanent license termination without refund.

3. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Copy, distribute, modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the Software.
  • Use the Software for illegal activities, including but not limited to creating cheats, hacks, or unauthorized resales.
  • Execute the Software on cloud services or virtualized environments without explicit written permission from the developer.
  • Attempt to bypass, remove, or alter any license verification, security, or anti-tamper mechanisms.
  • Use the Software to violate third-party Terms of Service or End-User License Agreements (EULAs).

The Software does not bypass, disable, or interfere with anti-cheat systems, DRM, or security mechanisms in third-party software. It only interacts with Windows system components and does not modify protected game files or anti-cheat software. While it may delete or modify non-essential, user-side game files, it does not affect core game functions, anti-cheat mechanisms, or DRM protections.

4. Indemnification

Users agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developer from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or legal costs arising from:

  • Misuse of the Software.
  • Violation of these Terms of Service.
  • Infringement of third-party rights.

This indemnification obligation remains effective even after license termination.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, no refunds will be provided once the Software has been accessed, downloaded, or used in any capacity. Users waive any right to chargebacks or payment disputes after purchase.

6. License Violations and Consequences

Users who violate these Terms of Service or engage in unauthorized activities may have their license revoked without refund. Additionally, users found to be in breach of these terms may be subject to permanent restrictions on future purchases.

The developer retains sole discretion in determining violations and reserves the right to enforce penalties accordingly. Appeals may be submitted, but the developer is not obligated to provide justification for any decision.

Users violating these Terms of Service or engaging in unauthorized activities may be subjected to a permanent hardware ID (HWID) ban. Bans are irreversible upon confirmation of a violation.

Appeals may be submitted, but the developer retains sole discretion in reviewing appeals and reserves the right to deny any request without explanation.

7. Termination Rights

The developer reserves the absolute right to:

  • Terminate licenses at any time for any reason, with or without notice.
  • Cease providing updates or support at any time.
  • Refuse service to any individual or entity at their sole discretion.

No refunds, credits, or compensations will be provided upon termination of service.

8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  • All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the laws of Developer’s Jurisdiction.
  • The user expressly waives the right to litigate disputes in court, including participation in any class-action lawsuits.
  • Arbitration will take place in a neutral location designated by the developer, and all proceedings will be conducted in Developer’s Language.
  • The developer is not liable for any legal fees incurred by the user.

By purchasing and using the Software, the user agrees to this dispute resolution process irrevocably.

9. Amendments

The developer reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after amendments implies binding acceptance of the revised terms.

10. User Acknowledgment and Agreement

By purchasing the Software, the user:

  • Confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
  • Waives the right to dispute the purchase under any circumstances.
  • Acknowledges that the Software cannot be purchased or used without acceptance of these terms.

11. Digital Product Delivery

The Software is a digitally delivered product. Upon purchase, users receive immediate electronic access. The user agrees that:

  • No physical delivery will take place.
  • No tracking information or signed proof of delivery is required.
  • Usage logs and access records serve as final proof of delivery.

12. Mandatory Agreement

To complete a purchase, users must explicitly agree to these Terms of Service by clicking the “Accept” button at checkout. Without acceptance, the purchase cannot be processed.

13. Limitation of Liability

The developer shall not be liable for:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, even if the developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Any harm to the user’s device(s), including but not limited to:
    • Hardware malfunctions, including but not limited to CPU, GPU, RAM, storage, or motherboard failures.
    • Data loss, corruption, or inaccessibility caused directly or indirectly by using the Software.
    • System instability, crashes, or security vulnerabilities resulting from Software installation or execution.
  • User actions taken while using the Software, including violations of third-party agreements or policies.
  • Any compatibility issues, security risks, or errors that may arise from updates or modifications.
  • Loss of access due to security measures, bans, or enforcement of TOS violations.

User Assumption of Risk:
By using the Software, the user acknowledges that all risks associated with its use, including damage to hardware, software conflicts, data loss, or security vulnerabilities, are solely the user’s responsibility. The developer bears no liability for any claims arising from these risks.
