Before making a purchase, please ensure that the Software meets your requirements. Once an order is placed and access to the Software is granted, you waive any right to dispute the purchase.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be considered in the following limited circumstances:

  • If you were charged twice due to a payment processing error.

  • If a refund is required by law in your jurisdiction.

4. Digital Delivery and Proof of Access

As a digitally delivered product, the Software is accessible immediately upon purchase. No physical shipment, tracking, or signed delivery confirmation will be provided. Usage logs and access records serve as proof of delivery.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

By purchasing the Software, you agree not to file chargebacks or payment disputes. If a chargeback is filed, your license will be permanently revoked, and future purchases will be blocked. Any disputes must be resolved directly with our support team.
